Jones-Fosu, host of the station’s “Listen Up! with Justin Jones-Fosu” call-in and interview show, invited Dabo for an exclusive interview to talk about his journey from Africa to the U.S. five years ago, where he has excelled in the academic sector and community service. The program will run from 7-8pm and also broadcast live on the Internet via the website WEAA.org.

“I am honored by Justin’s invitation to be interviewed on his show. He is a phenomenal professional and one who inspired me through one of his presentations at the University of Baltimore’s Leadership Certification Program, where I was certified as an ‘Emerging Leader,’” Dabo said. “It’s such a major milestone to now team-up with Justin to inspire others, not just in Baltimore but around the world.”

“The main idea is to provide inspiration in a world that is bombarded with negative news and gossip. This show is about providing hope and highlighting the possibilities,” Jones-Fosu told Ib’s Blog.

Jones-Fosu will release his first book “Inspiration for Life: Dream Bigger, Do More, Live Fuller!” on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009 at the Murphy Fine Arts Center—2201 Argonne Dr, Baltimore, MD—starting 7pm. All are welcome to join him as he sets yet another successful path to an illustrious career.

Jones-Fosu is host of 88.9FM's "Listen Up! with Justin Jones-Fosu." He was named the 2008 UB Distinguished Student Entrepreneur of the Year.

“It’s a book of Inspirational Poetry designed to help people put their lives into ACTion! This is not your normal poetry as it combines both the intellectual stimulation side of poetry and the results driven side of improving one’s life. After the end of each poem is a section entitled ‘Poetry in ACTion’ that challenges the reader to put what they read into ACTion in their own life,” Jones-Fosu said.
