NEW YORK, NY – Professional athletes, business leaders and high net-worth donors came together for the Trent Tucker All 4 Kids Foundation Celebrity Golf Tournament & Dinner Party to raise money and awareness for at-risk youth and children with cancer & blood diseases.
Three hundred fifty people attended the two-day event of Trent Tucker, NBA World Champion Chicago Bulls and NY Knicks, annual Celebrity Golf Tournament & Dinner Party to support the All 4 Kids Foundation and the Children’s Cancer & Blood Foundation.
Participants included Kris Humphries, Patrick Ewing, Charles Oakley, Kenny Lofton and Maurice DuBois to name a few.
Highlights included the Dinner Party on Sunday night at The Ainsworth in NYC where most of the celebrity attendees took to the dance floor showing off their dance moves after bidding against each other during the live and silent auction.
The Celebrity Golf Tournament was held at the Upper Montclair Country Club and sponsor participation included Nike, Nizmo’s, NY Knicks and New York Golf Center.
Kris Humphries’ team was the last team to come in an hour after the others, due to the fun side bets being made within his team.
Samuel Dalhembert was the big live auction winner of 8 items and said, “I love contributing to such a great cause and filling up my memorabilia wall.”
The funds raised by this event will support the Trent Tucker Youth Program for underprivileged at risk youth, which enables the students to prosper academically, build leadership skills and confidence in order to become successful members of their communities.
Fifty percent of the proceeds from this event will provide funding of treatment for children with cancer and blood diseases and the most comprehensive care by a team of pediatric specialists in an atmosphere of compassion, hope and wellness.
All the golf participants and tournament sponsors had a great time and the host, MJ Pedone of indra public relations, is already planning next year’s event which will have continued star power and a few surprises.
