Welcome to Ib’s Blog, the sister site of Ibdabo.com! During the planning phase of my Web site, I brainstormed on some of the interesting/informative features to keep my readers updated on a frequent basis, and that’s how Ib‘s Blog came about. I am sure you will be hearing from me often on various topics such as education, development, health, peace, and inspiration.
In this first edition of ProView you will find exclusive interviews with my sister, Miatta Dabo, and many more. I plan to do a lot of high profile interviews, and in the upcoming days, I will interview Liberia’s Kimmie Weeks, who is founder and Executive Director of Youth Action International. Weeks is one of Africa’s most promising leaders, and at 27, he has won many honors, including the 2007 Golden Brick Award, and the Knight Grand Commander in the Humane Order of African Redemption, Liberia’s highest honor, which was presented to him by the country’s President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf.
There are many features on my Webs site such as Information Technology, a Photo Gallery and much more. Enjoy!
Last, congratulations go to my brother, Ishmael Dabo (and all other graduates), who graduated from the Fisher School of Business, Ohio State University on August 20, 2009, with a bachelor’s in Finance. To all those who have returned to school this fall, especially my relatives and friends, best of luck and keep your heads high, always.
Thank you very much for checking my Web site and blog, and please visit again!
Sincerely,
Ib
